Question: What is the friends and family rank, and what comes with it?

The Friends and Family rank is there to allow our members the ability to play with the people they love to play with most, and all be under the same guild. While we're pretty easy going with invites for the rank, all members under it still must follow the guilds rules. We invite exclusively for our raid teams and as such, no friend or family member invited is ever expected to raid let alone going to get a raid spot, and the guild is not under any obligation to find you a spot either. A raid leader may bring you to one of their raids if they so desire, but this does not guarantee a spot within that raid. Raid leaders may recruit you to their raids for a permenant position, however, this needs to be confirmed with an officer beforehand so you can be properly promoted to a more deserving rank.

If you're a Friends and Family rank, but wish to raid, then you need to speak with an officer and let them know of your desire to do so. Keep in mind that while we will try and find you a spot, we can not, and will not guarantee you a place in any team and may not be able to find you one at all. If a raid leader is responsible for your recruitment / invitation to the guild you will be put on Friends and Family rank until it is confirmed with the raid leader before bumping you up to a proper rank.

Question: How long does "Trial" rank last for?

Answer: Typically, 2 - 3 weeks depending on how active you are in guild. However, sometimes the inviting guild member may not add your join date to your guild note. In this case, members may be forgotten about. If you have been in guild longer than 3 weeks, contact an officer in guild and mention it.

Question: What is the difference between "Main", "Raider", "Veteran", and "Core"?

  • Main: For players in the guild who may be in guild for social reasons (they have friends here), or who are casual raiders.
  • Raider: For players in guild who show up to atleast one raid per week from a raid team that contribtues to the guild bank.
  • Veteran: For long standing players of the guild. Anhedonia has been around for years, and as such, this rank allows us to recognize players that have stayed with us.
  • Core: For raiders on active raid teams that attend all raids scheduled by their raid leader.
